This Privacy Policy explains how Frosted Labs ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile games and applications we develop and publish (collectively, the "Games"), including Stellarfall. It applies to all Games published by Frosted Labs unless a specific Game provides its own policy.
We designed our Games to require as little personal information as possible. We do not ask you to create an account with us, and we do not directly collect your name, email address, or other personal contact details through the Games.
Information Collected Through Our Games
While we do not collect personal information directly, our Games use trusted third-party services from Google that may collect and process certain data to provide their features. These are:
- Google AdMob (advertising). Our Games display ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect and use data such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, general location (derived from IP), device and app information, and ad-interaction data. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your settings and region.
- Google Play Games Services (leaderboards & sign-in). If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, your Play Games player identifier is used to record and display scores on leaderboards and to sync related game features. This sign-in is optional; the Games remain fully playable without it. Your interaction with Play Games is governed by Google's terms and privacy policy.
- Google Play Billing (in-app purchases). Some Games offer optional purchases, such as removing ads. Purchases are processed by Google Play; we receive confirmation of a purchase's status but do not receive or store your payment card details.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not combine the above data with any personal profile of you.
Data Stored on Your Device
Our Games save game progress, settings, high scores, and purchase status locally on your device so the Games work correctly. You can clear this data at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the Game.
Children's Privacy
Our Games are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Consistent with this, we configure our advertising to treat traffic as not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided information through one of our Games, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
How Information Is Shared
Data is processed only by the third-party service providers described above (all part of Google) as needed to operate their respective features. We do not share your information with any other parties except where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or Frosted Labs.
Your Choices & Rights
- Advertising controls. You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
- Play Games. You can decline to sign in, or manage and delete your Play Games data through your Google account settings.
- EEA/UK (GDPR). If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Where required, ad partners will request your consent before collecting data for personalized ads.
- California (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention & Security
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. Data handled by Google's services is retained according to Google's policies. We rely on the security measures provided by these established platforms to protect the data they process.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may also be noted within the affected Game.
